  1. In so many one sided boxing matches, the losers show amazing heart and determination despite being severely outmatched. These following bouts caught my interest and I am curious who you guys think showed the most heart in receiving their beat downs.

    Mike Tyson vs Lennox Lewis
Mike lost after Round 1, but kept coming .He received an surreal amount of punishment that night and could have thrown in the towel a lot earlier. Took more shots and punishment in that fight then any previous one and took it well.

    Joe Frazier vs Foreman (twice)
the amount of times Frazier got up is staggering. He must have known it was over after the 2nd Knock down of the first fight.

Wladimir Klithscko's repeated attempts at crawling and getting back up after being viciously beaten by Sanders and Brewster.
I don't care what Wlad haters say. I know he lost, but if you rewatch the fights like I did, the way Wlad crawled across the ring in attempting to get up again and again and again all the while drooling was insane. He never gave up despite being destroyed, Most guys would have just stayed down after the first KD.

    Michael Grant vs Lennox Lewis
Grant showed insane heart, Lennox hit him with a punch towards the end of Round 1 people call 'the leg breaker'. Even foreman said Grant's legs must be broken. Yet Grant still managed to get out for Round 2.(only to be uppercuted into nothing but still big heart)

    Riddick Bowe vs Golota (2)
This is a forgotten classic, Andrew Golota ****ing DOMINATED Bowe for large stretches of time. Golota is so amazing back then Pre Lewis. He did everything right and Bowe still kept coming back and swinging again and again.

Yes I know Golota got DQ for low blows. But that was a beat down if there ever was one.

  2. 'Has any other long-reigning HW-champ looked as unbeatable as post steward Wladimir?'

Answering this thread in my own thread.

The reason he looked so unbeatable now other then the fact everyone around him is a F- Bum is because of the heart he shown during those losses.
