    I voted Gomez but Ortiz is about even with him. Benitez should have been on the list hes the 3rd best. Followed by Tito. I think Its pretty close at the top.

    A great Puerto Rican fighter, under the rader was Pedro Montanez. His bad luck was
    to have Henry Armstrong as the lightweight champ, then at his fighting prime, who Montanez had to tackle with dire results in 1940. But Montanez ,on a talent basis was as good as any Puerto Rican fighter ever...Bad timing at his birth...
