I think it will be very interesting. Both guys haev something to prove. Bradley wants to show his last fight should have been a win and Peterson is just trying to prove himself period in the title fight stage. Both guys have speed and are willing to engage.
sorry i ****ed up the thread.. first option being foty candidate and second option being snoozer. I think this fight is going to be really intense to be honest... These guys got lots of hand speed and are offensively aggressive fighters. Not only that, Peterson has a size advantage which may force Bradley to have to come in and score. Would increases the chances of these guys fighting toe to toe.
im gonna lean toward a tactical tricky fight not that it won't be entertaining but i don't think it will be as savage as say the williams-martinez fight
its going to be a great clash of styles that much I can garauntee. One who is pressure fighter with quick hands and slick defense on the inside who keeps coming at you, the other a long, quick, counterpuncher who boxes on the outside. Its tough to choose, I might have to go with Lamont though
btw i think this fight is very likely to go the distance unless there is a cut i think laying -200 for a distance fight isn't the worst bet in the world
Lets put it this way, it has a great chance to be a great fight but it won't be close to Williams vs Martinez level.
Bradley is as tough as nails, but Lamont seems to be the better skillful. I think Bradley would want a war and Lamont said he would take it to him. Bradley is a great body puncher, but Lamont might have a close edge on this one. Neither is a big puncher so fight should last or go the distance. I think it'll be an SD for Peterson, but pulling for Bradley.
x2. Peterson looked horrible last time out. I expect Bradley to beat him handily. If you asked me 4 months ago, I would have said that Peterson has a great shot. After seeing him live, I have lost faith in him.
woah, your not talking about Lamont Peterson, last time out he boxed Willy Blain's ass off! your definitely reffering to his brother Anthony
atsch That would be correct. Gee whiz. Now I'm a little more interested in seeing the fight. Thank you for clearing that up for me. TBH, I had no fricken clue he was fighting Lamont. I need to pay closer attention.
[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7cT1u1vkUDM[/ame] you'd be hardpressed to find another fighter with Timothy Bradley's conditioning :admin
I think it will be a good barnburner, but I'm not sure they're going to hurt each other enough to be a top fight of the year candidate.
