would you believe him if he passed a polygraph test? State your reasons on why you would or wouldn't believe him.

Polygraph tests are not even admissable in court because they are scientifically innaccurate. It is fairly easy to beat one. Mosley passed a polygraph a few years back when he said that he did not use steroids and a few years later admitted to using them

I hear you, but I was just throwing this out there because some people rely on poly's to judge a person's innocence or guilt. I am just asking if this would be sufficient to exonerate his claim of "he didn't know that his trainer was loading his gloves."

Man, I want to believe the plaster thing was a one shot deal, and that talent was a big part of Margs' success. I mean, he does hold the record for most punches thrown in a round (1675), he was a very active fighter, I would like to think it was relentless pressure that beat his opponents, not concrete in his gloves.

I really don't think that is debatable. If anything is up for debate it's whether or not the gloves were even loaded. If the gloves were loaded there is just no way that he didn't know about it. It is simply not possible IMO

Even the inventor of the polygraph machine, William Moulton Marsten, used it only as a psychological tool. The first use of it was to trick members of a sorority to admit to petty theft (and that was without using the polygraph, only telling them that such a thing existed!).

You may think I had to Google to get Marsten's name, but nope! Just had to pull an old box of comic books out... he also created Wonder Woman. He was really into studying female submissiveness - hence all the "Wonder Woman always tied up in sexual positions" scenes you probably remember from the comics and Lynda Carter.

There is a more credible method of determining if someone is lying. You can scan their brain while intreviewing them. The part of the brain that is used for imagination lights up when someone is telling a lie. Much more credible than a polygraph but people have already figured out how to beat it.

 Until you pointed that out I didn't even pick up on it. I'm sure he meant to say most punches thrown in a fight.

lol 1675 in a round how did margo ever lose a fight!

Margo is guilty its already proven. He deserves his punishment and we will never see that kinda domineering performance he put on against Cotto because he wont be able to cheat.

i said maybe but while i thought about it...i thought about cintron and cotto - 2 of the best fighters he faced.even if he didn't know the wraps were loaded(v doubtful) he should at least have wondered 'how the f___ did i do that much damage'. i liked the guy but kinda wondered about the superhero factor he possessed.

That's the stupidest thing I have ever heard? I am not saying that I don't think he knew about it but you are pretty much saying that any fighter that does a lot of damage should assume that his corner is loading his gloves. Cotto has disfigured pleny of people guess that means his gloves were loaded, Rafa marquez made fighters look like disfigured monsters pacquio too. When youpunch the **** out of a guy over andover again you are going to do some damage, that's what you trained to do.
