World Boxing Organization (WBO) Super Featherweight Champion, Adrien Broner, has the boxing world buzzing after his knockout win over Eloy Perez on HBO. But there was one fighter who wasnt so impressed. A lot of people think I beat Broner when we fought last year, stated former world champion Daniel Ponce De Leon. I fought him in his own weight division and he still couldnt do anything to me. I don't think Ponce gets past Jhonny Gonzalez to be honest. And I thought he wanted a re-match with Juan Manuel Lopez who KO'ed him in the first? any way I would love to see him fight Broner again. BUt not if he takes a lot of wear and tear/
well is really the same with pacquiao, the reason why pacquiao look so mutch better after marquez, was because he was matched against opponent that was made for him, same thing with broner
Eloy was a solid contender and beat him with ease. keep in mind that De Leon is an experienced vet while Broner was only 20 or 21 yrs old. u have to be blind not to notice how much hes improved since then. he was kind of one dimensional and only used his left hook hes fought 3 times since then and u can tell hes matured and learned alot. it different for pacquiao has been in his prime before he fought de la hoya. Broner hasnt even reached his prime and still improving.
