How do you figure that he couldn't based on this fight? I'd favour AJ but he does not have the same attributes as Zhang.

It's like saying AJ had no chance against Fury because he lost to Ruiz, but styles do actually make fights

    100%.
Frazier took Ali 41 rounds and not much in them.
    Foreman battered Frazier.
    Foreman battered Norton.
    Ali knocked out Foreman.
Ali was level pegging with Norton.

And so on. It's the truest truism in boxing.

Guys like you are clueless and part of the Joyce hype train which was always going to be derailed soon as he made the step up.

A guy that slow and idea of defence is taking pride in a granite chin was never ever going to be world level or elite.

This theory he would trouble AJ because his engine was nonsense, he is too slow and has no defence.

Following this performance o Joyce, John Fury seems to be right about a potential Fury-Joyce fight. I wonder how some people feel now, after spitting their *hit to his words...

I said I'd favour AJ so what hype train am I on? I thought Parker would beat Joyce because face first defence can only take you so far. I would have put my house on Wilder sending him to the shadow realm. I was alarmed at the leather that Takam was landing on him and I told anyone that would listen that Zhang was a mistake. I am a fan of his but I'm not deluded

QB?? My first thought is Quarry Bonk.

why would anyone support a promoter?

I’m here for the fights, wherever they are shown and by who.

that Brixton guy should be careful of his blood pressure.

Ibragimov retired in his prime in the previous era. It hardly helped the division. He was at the same level of a David Haye or a Wilder.

Because A beats B and B beats C, it is not certain that A beats C.

I know, John Fury only ever talks perfect, balanced sense, madness really that anyone would question it, Lennox Lewis was scared of him.

True. Joyce performed amazing last night, makes sense he's a threat to Fury and a must-fight.

Zhang was throwing sharp shots early but we’ve seen stamina issues previously and as we know Joyce often starts slow but breaks opponents down.

What we got was a very sharp Zhang early doors (as expected) and Joyce never really got going and with the 6th round stoppage we didn’t see him take Zhang into those deep waters.

Being blinded by shots leading to the fight being waved off is what you get when you use your face as your main form of defence and move in straight lines though….
