I was not supporting Peter and even I think that's a bit harsh. I suppose you're po'd because - as you admitted - you defended SP. As I've said before, I thought SP's 2 fights vs JT were weak. Toney was never a force at HW. Then that near loss to McCline. The warning signs were there. But the K bro haters (not saying you're one of them) are so desperate to latch on to any hope, they kept defending or building up Peter :verysad

I thought VK would win if he was near what he once was. For this nite it seems he was and he won. Peter is what he's always been - a tough, crude slugger. He can beat a late 30s Maskaev, but not a late 30s Vitali

Sam Peter has fought this way since the Wlad fight...I've been saying this for the past 3 years...he's a damaged fighter. He got damaged mentally that night. He is "gunshy" and lacks the kind of confidence it takes to overcome the kind of adversity he must face to truly be a champion. :hi:

People like Suge White are cowards, talking a ton of **** about the great Sam Peter and how easily he was going to win, and are now afraid to even come onto an online forum where nobody even knows them in real life and admit they were wrong

They are the worst. Condescending and arrogant and really don't know ****, and afraid to even admit they were wrong.

Suge White always talks about "rehabbing Klit-ites," he needs to check his ass into the Betty Ford clinic because he must have been on drugs or booze to make the type of predictons he did

Exactly...he's just not in the same class. I still have no idea how Sam Peter got this much recognition!! He has always been a crude fighter built on that Jeremy Williams knockout.

With that said...Vitali is a machine. He is probably the most intelligent heavyweight fighter of our time. Very deceptive style and almost impossible to adapt to. Time will eventually tell the story of how truly dominant Vitali is, should he decide to stay in the sport.

The fight was almost a carbon copy of Wladimir-Brewster.
