Where there is smoke there is fire.

The economy is a big factor and JMM can't draw PPV.

I also found it bizzare and strange that they tried to promote this fight in England. Making a promotion stop in England. How bad is it when they are trying to pump up revenue from England with two boxers who have zero ties. Those Brits will travel the world and pay the PPV for their boys but PBF and JMM ain't no local boys.

Using the Diaz numbers aren"t fair. Because Pac was the only draw in the fight. it would be a more fair comparison to compare both guys PPV numbers against Hatton.

How do you know Pacquiao is the main attraction?, based on what?, check out both of their PPV numbers and come tell me Pac is the main attraction.

50/50 sounds fair to me and nothing less/more for either guy.

The PPV with the relative unknown Baldomir didn't get canceled either and did 100k more than what Pac did fighting another relative unknown. :deal

It's real hard to make even comparison. The US is in a recesion and a bad one.

There is more than a few sites stating that the ticket sales are slow for this but that has nothing to do with the fact Floyd likely did injure himself, he's never stopped or changed a fight for PPV/tickets before.

Pac and Floyd both benefitted fighting the same two PPV/Live gate sensations and both sets of fans seem to be a bit inflated at either guys drawing power in the current economic climate.

Pac is the number 1 though IMO.

Scar should never be lumped with the garden variety haters/huggers, he posts way more level than many accuse him of I reckon.

I remember when Merchant was talking about all the empty seats for a Mayweather fight, he was right.

Yea and that is the legit point of Floyd beign a bigger star then Pac. Is him outselling him in the Hatton fights. Not the Baldomir fight outselling the Diaz fight. Because Baldomir did just come off a win with Judah which is a name alot of causal fans know and that could have drummed up some. I admit very little but some of the interest for the baldy fight.

Wasn't Mayweather the only draw against Baldomir or will people come and say Baldomir is the main attraction for that one too?, won't be surprised if it goes that far.
