When did the 24 hours start? i have it now but are you sure it covers until 6am tomorrow?

 

Can you see it on freeview?, not at home this weekend and I will only have access to freeview.

 

Not available on freeview ..... only to those with a Sky Subscription (ie entertainment package but no sport etc)

 

Is this possible on BT Vision by any chance? Doubting it but worth a shot...

Do you mean it's great of them not segmenting the service so that their customers who happen to like sport don't have to pay out of the a r s e for something they've already paid for again, for a day out of the year?

You're thanking them for fleecing you. They make their money from advertising and from subscriptions. Either one of those is ok, doing both is ****ish to begin with. Separating popular programming to create a third profit stream is just taking the ****.

to discuss the merits of satellite tv and whether itsvalue for money is a long and detailed debate however sky sports costs about a quid a day and provides me with almost unlimited supply of live and recorded sport including football nfl boxing etc
so its nice for those who are to poor or tight to pay £1 a day the opportunity to view it every now and then I fully support it , its like a gaza apopeal without the rockets and dead people

 

Sky chav tv is for the modern generation of 'led by the nose' sheeple, the suckers willing to pay for ads to feed their football habit. You Sky people are all low attention span non thinking mugus. No offence. ;-)

 

none taken mate terrestrial tv and choppy online strrems are for the poor and they have a place in society I remember at Wimbledon one year I saw these people watching the main courts through the fence I had to leave early and gave one of them my ticket they were so grateful and it gave me an enormous sense of well being much like the free sky night does

If there is a Sky free open day, then I think it should also be free to stream on their website for a day...
