Im not asking for advice on boxing, i have my style and i know the game. What i havent had any experience in is loosing weight. I walked into my first gym at 10/11 yrs, and had remained super lean all the way through my career. I never had to cut weight as i was growing all the time. Now, ive started lifting weights and put on a lot of muscle mass i feel ive lost the snap to my punches.
Have you ever been in the ring? The reason i ask is that from my experience, being muscle bound and physically very strong doesnt translate well to boxing. A natural 100kgs guy would be a lot stronger in the ring IMO.
