I am not so sure Benn v McLennan should be included given the circumstances of the stoppage and the fact McLennan was ahead on the cards.

I wouldn’t say Joshua v Wlad. Fury v Wlad yes definitely. Joshua went life and death with an inactive old, already soundly beaten Wlad. It was one of the ATG British fights but the win wasn’t THAT good. Most here predicted an early AJ KO win.

Agree with most of the shouts there. What about Khan against Maidana? Pretty good win considering the performance Maidana then put in against Floyd.

87-84, 85-84 and 84-84. Hard to be on par after 9 with two 10-8 rounds against. I'm not sure of the actual round by round, but you could argue that Round 1 was 10-7 (although normally you need two knockdowns to score that way).

Pretty irrelevant really, as 1) Benn forced the stoppage and 2) The knockdowns in round 10 would have put Benn ahead if the 10th had been completed.

It was a great win. Benn was a heavy underdog, and most people thought he would be done in within 3 rounds. McClellan was top 10 P4P, and also widely regarded as the hardest puncher P4P.

Yeah, Wlad Vs Josh is tricky as it all depends on how much you think Wlad had left. You could easily argue he was past 40 and inactive. On the other hand, Wlad had dominated the division for years and looked in good shape for the fight.

Khan-Maidana was a good win, particularly in retrospect with what Maidana went on to do. I don't think Maidana is HOF bound or was ever considered top 10 P4P though, which most of the other wins were. Lewis, Froch and Hamed probably have multiple wins against Maidana level opposition.

I never knew Benn was down on the cards.
