but at the end of the video a journalist asks floyd about fighting manny next year and mayweather avoids the question

but right at the end of the video richard scheafer (sp?) says 'sorry stupid question' i think near the mic as if to say sorry floyd for them asking you that ... maybe ..thats my view

He will never fight Pac because he won't fight someone who punches that fast, has the same level of footwork as him, someone who punches at angles and someone who can throw and throw and throw relentlessly.
Everything Mayweather bases his fight on is speed and timing, he can't time Manny and his speed is less, that's why he retired for 2 years at Pac's peak and that is why he won't entertain the idea of fighting Manny.

IF Rios makes Manny look bad then and only then will he consider it as Pac is slowing down.

Except the billion people who will watch his next fight.

It's funny how *****'s are delighted Mayweather won 65% of a fight against a barely out of teen, slow feather fisted flat footed midget with zero experience against world class operators and who lost to Trout lol.:patsch:nut

It was a stupid question. Bob Arum is still alive and promoting Manny. So that fight won't happen. Plus Manny won't even get 25 million offer from Floyd. Manny should have taking the fight when he had the chance. Sitting back while his promoter talked about stadiums and **** and how he doesn't know why Shaefer is calling his phone.

Beating canelo the way he did has more credentials than Beating PAC now, PAC isn't such a great scalp after the losses against Bradley and the brutal ko from Marquez.
Give mayweather credit where it's due,,he's the best out there and possibly the best ever.

At this point, if you're still talking about Pacquiao, you need to follow another sport dude. Seriously.

I disagree, although it may not seem like of any significance after the KO loss to Marquez last year. Historically even a faded Pacquiao is a good scalp for Mayweather as he is an ATG himself.

    That's utterly insane and deluded.

Pac beat Bradley who is a LOT more proven than Canelo who came off a loss against Trout. Pac was slaughtering Marquez until the hail mary, Pac displayed ruthless speed and aggression but got hit with a perfect punch. Froch wasn't a superior fighter to Taylor he just landed a beauty at the end of the fight.

There is no credit for a guy who fought someone he had every single advantage over from height, speed, skill, experience, power, footwork, stamina etc etc. I expected a shut out and he didn't provide, he has been perfectly well managed to the point people actually believe he is one of the greatest which is laughable when analysed.

This fight doesn't matter at this point in time, Pacquiao needs to prove he's worthy of it now after getting KTFO, and Bob Arum won't let it happen anyway. If it did Pacquiao would have to agree to Mayweathers terms too, he doesn't hold the cards now, Mayweather & Haymon would bend Arum and Manny over the negotiating table.

Before last night's fight, I'm sure 90% of fans saw Canelo as a more dangerous opponent than Pac.

paq is NOT worth floyds time, easiest fight that could be made. YES easiest out of ALL the possibilities, FACT !!!

Nah, most people saw it as an easy win for Floyd (which it was) before the fight. With Pac I think it would be viewed as a bit more even, not saying that Pac wins or anything.

Not worth floyd's time? Come on man. Ortiz and robert guerrero were worth his time, but not pacquiao? If Pac looks great in his next fight he is back in the mix and should be worth Mayweather's time.

If its a promoter thing, they should just say it instead of avoiding the questions.

And pac destroys both gurrero and ortiz without a doubt.
