I heard that Shinya Aoki and Koki Kameda were both slanging on this girl in a Tokyo saki bar. Sufficed to say, the girl ended up in a goggoplata.

nah man what im saying is that tyson got "im the baddest man on the planet" from john l's "i can lick any sonofabitch in the house". tyson claimed to be a boxing historian thus he would be more then familiar with the quote so i think its absurd to say that you are 100% positive that john l's quote did not inspire tysons quote.

as well i think its absurd to say that you know for 100% fact that the idea that the heavyweight champion of the world was the best fighter in the world didnt come from john l and his quote from a time when boxing was much closer to mma and actual fighting then it is now.

If you like to watch disgusting ass ****, you can't please a woman, and you're incredibly insecure, MMA is for you.

Oh, and if you actually PAY A MAN to get sweaty all over you...well you got issues.

    I'll put it like that.

But yes, MMA is for you if you fit the description above. And still, the BADDEST MAN on the planet is the guy that got knocked out by a ****IN garbage ass hayemaker?

And the last, "baddest man on the planet" ran away from punches.

but your just thinking that thats where tyson got it from, did tyson even make up the baddest man on the planet or was it the media?

baddest man on the planet is a ***** concept in my eyes, its something joe rogan goes on about when he is stoned talking about vikings on horseback with big swords and tieing people up

at the end of the day no matter who you are there is more than likely gonna be someone that will take you out in a street fight, every dog has there day

Spoken like someone who truly has absolutely no knowledge of either sport.

Why don't you post your bagwork and shadowboxing videos again and we can judge for ourselves whether you know the difference between chess, checkers and ping pong.

cracked have always been big mma fans
I reckon you could link boxings decline to wlad's accession.

mma buy rates have been on a decline for awhile while boxings have been improving.mma does benefit from being the new hot thing on the block. But it also benefit majorly from how old boxing is.boxing has alot preconceived stories and thoughts already about it.Most people believe it is corrupt, dangerous and a mess while mma isn't.

MMA's popularity curve is definately still on the climb. Boxing's on the other hand is pretty much a straight line with a few upward and downward blips along the way. There's room for both sports and they will co-exist.
