Lets make a list of the top 10 fights by those 4 All Time Greats. The most entertaining wars, the most even back and forth fight in their resumes. (Also vote, on who has has the 10 most exiting fights) :deal Morales vs. Barrera 1 Barrera 3 Pacquiao 1 Pacquiao 2 Marcos Maidana Marquez vs. Pacquiao 1 Pacquiao 2 Diaz 1 Michael Katsidis Barrera Pacquiao 3 Orlando Salido Joel Casamayor Barrera vs. Morales 1 Morales 3 Kennedy McKinney Marquez Pacquiao 1 Pacquiao vs. Morales 1 Marquez 1 Marquez 2 Morales 2 Miguel Cotto Barrera 1 Oscar Larios :think those are all the ones I can remember of the top of my head, add on your top 10 in order. :bbb
Wouldn't really classify Marquez Pac III as a war moreso than a chess match.. And all 4 are badass warriors anyway.
The top 10 most exciting fights, in my opinion. 1. Marco Antonio Barrera vs Erik Morales I 2. Marco Antonio Barrera vs Kennedy Mckinney 3. Erik Morales vs Manny Pacquiao I 4. Juan Manuel Marquez vs Juan Diaz 5. Manny Pacquiao vs Juan Manuel Marquez II 6. Marco Antonio Barrera vs Erik Morales III 7. Erik Morales vs Manny Pacquiao II 8. Manny Pacquiao vs Juan Manuel Marquez I 9. Marco Antonio Barrera vs Juan Manuel Marquez 0. Manny Pacquiao vs Miguel Cotto
That's my list of all 4 combined, not in the exact same order, but I would put Marquez vs Katsidis over Cotto vs Pac. All four have at least 4 appearances, plus McKinney, Diaz, and Katsidis.
it's such a shame that Cotto vs Pac became so 1 sided after round 5. I imagine it would be viewed as a real classic war had it ended in the 4th. In any case, that was an incredible list. Makes you feel good to be a boxing fan.
Or had it at least been more even for 3 rounds. Great list no doubt, and to think some people don't even bother watching fighters below 135atsch:rofl:rofl:rofl too busy watching the klitchko brothers, mayweather, and all those not very exiting fighters on the higher divisions.
I watched all the Pac fights live except for Pac-Marquez 1 which I watched on a delayed telecast. While the Marquez-Diaz fight I was able to catch the last 3 or 4 rounds on a delayed telecast. The rest I got from the internet.
