The most hilarious part of this poll are the people voting for Wlad by TKO. I mean right, like he's gonna knock out someone who's never been knocked out before and has the best footwork in the history of the heavyweight division, and the best chin I think top 2 EVER...

What about the golfer/boxer Corrie Sanders, what a ****ing joke, Wlad got his **** pushed in by him. Wlad couldnt do the job right so he had to call his big brother to finish the job, yeah Wlads something special let me tell you.

Well Ross Purrity wasn't a big heavyweight by any standards, so right there he should have automatically lost to Wlad.

Liston couldn't kill CW Machen, who is a small version of Chris Byrd, who Wlad destroyed 2X.

Give us more of your enlightened boxing edicts :nut

Thats start using facts instead of insults, Wlad has not only lost to lesser oppenents but has been TKOd 3 times, and has been down 11 or 12 times in his career. Ali has only been TKOd once by Holmes, and has been down only a couple times in his career.

Im willing to listen to what you have to say, but thats try to stick to facts rather than our opinions.

Sanchez destroyed Gomez, but struggled with Cowdell, does that mean Sanchez couldn't punch or sucked? Sometimes good fighters beat other good fighters but are less than stellar against lesser opposition. Sometimes they fight down to their level of competition.

Yeah, he could punch, especially in an era with smaller HWs. 200# J Quarry schooled Lyle. :yep Two of Ron's big fights were the too quick stoppage to Ali and the sloppy slug fest with Foreman - both losses. :blood Late in his career, Cooney - a poor mans Wlad - blasted Lyle out of the ring.

Uh huh, Ron beats Wlad  Wlad would either UD or stop Lyle. Ron's only chance would be to land a big punch and have enough left to finish him. You can just about say that for any decent punching HW.
Lyle was a good 70s contender - nothing more. He'd struggle to crack the top 10 in this era.

If you think Wlad has such a weak chin why don't you fight someone your size/weight and see what you're made of. I think more than half the web warriers on this site have never been in a 1 minute fist fight :-( The tells are too many.

I've fought guys bigger than me, I don't see how that comes into this argument. The smaller guy has an advantage in speed and if the other person is uncoordinated or doesn't know how to fight, all the size in the world isn't going to help him.

And heavy underdog, fading Max Schmeling KO'd Joe Louis. Does that mean Louis had a paper mache jaw (well it wasn't too good) and will never amount to anything? To be honest I'm not familiar with Cowdell, but I agree because you're making my points. Wlad haters make similar biased arguments, with false premises, to "deduce" that Wlad is not very good. Like how most of the 70s conteders from Lyle to Quarry could beat Wlad :nut I'd love to bet you guys in a time machine. After the first Wlad destruction, you guys would be running from the betting window :yep

There are many good explanations for Wlads losses, and he savagely avenged the one that makes any sense. The only clean stoppage was vs Sanders. Today Wlad would destroy the 40+ Sanders or Puritty and would get zero credit from the haters anyway.
