IS this a real thread? Ali would have utterly destroyed Wlad, it wouldn't have even been close. Wlad is way too slow, methodical, and robotic to beat Ali (well maybe the Ali who fought Holmes).

    Amen to that.
I don't mind people saying Wlad would outpoint Ali (Many people think Young did) although I strongly disagree, but there are actually some Klit fanboys here who think he'd stop Ali!:patsch

Wlad is an ok fighter from a **** era. His brother was better imo.

It's posts like this that make me wonder if anyone's even seen Wladimir fight, or if they're just going by the fairy-tales that detractors come up with.

I've seen him fight and all I have seen him do is beat up the bums they put in front of him. When is the last time he faced an opponent who came to fight? The last time he lost. As a matter of fact the only time he lost is when an opponent put up a fight. You can make any extravagant claim you like, but you can't change what is on the videos, that is history for anybody to see.

How about Samuel Peter? He didn't come to fight? Brewster didn't look like he was trying to win their rematch? WALD has and will fight anybody out there. And what does this have to do with what I quoted? This guy said that WALD is slow, which is untrue, and then he goes on to say that he's methodical and robotic, when in reality he's not any more or less robotic than most other fighters.

Peter came to headhunt for 5 rounds, which is what he usually does. Brewster had one good round, then gave up. Why wouldn't he fight anybody out there? Other than Povetkin, there doesn't seem to be much danger. Klitschko is very good at that mechanical European style. To his credit he is always in shape for his fights.

RTD is not a TKO. Besides that was his second to last fight anyway when he was completely shot.

In reality, he is fairly robotic. And in comparison to Ali, and many of his opponents, he is very slow.

You must be seriously delusional. I don't think one other person on this whole board or maybe this planet would agree with that statement.

SAM PETER'S power is overrated. NOT FOREMAN.

Exactly. One does not knock down Joe Frazier 6 times in 2 rounds with less than exceptional power. The man had freakish power.
