weights for heavyweights over dont count if you have the above proportion...do you guys know this?:huh

You newbies (who picks Wlad) ever heard of Tyson??. He was popular in the 80's he was 5'11 in his best days and he knocked out Giants.. Its true.:deal

Another thing with the experts, how come no one brings out how many HOF have Klitsko beaten???

I like Klitsko, hes a good guy and great for boxing but cmon man..and you guys get mad a Pac fans for suggesting hed beat Juan Diaz???

    Unbelievable!:rofl :rofl

Someone even posted that Ali never beat a good technical fighter? I wont go there. But I'll give you a hint...Hes considered quite possibly one of the best Technical boxer ever. His first name starts with an S and last name starts with an L . Go ahead newbies figure it out:nut

Head hunt? Hmm.. what other fighter mentioned in this thread was a headhunter as well... hmm.. oh yeah.. it's Ali! I guess that means Ali wouldn't be very game for a fight against WALDO, right?

And to my knowledge Brewster has never given up against anyone.. until he met Klitschko anyway. :good

Mechanical European style? I believe you're referring to Vitali.. because WALD is quite conventional, actually.

BG, Joe was vulnerable in the early rounds. Bonavena, smaller and not as powerful as Peter, KD Joe twice almost stopping him in their first fight. We all saw what happened vs Foreman, and George is not known as some accurate sniper. In the early to mid rounds Peter could indeed blast the much smaller Frazier out of there.

Bonavena is about 100 percent more skilled than Sam Peter. I don't think anyone would argue that point. Sam Peter wouldn't be around in the 70's. Jerry Quarry would beat him handily.

Makes sense. A guy who went life and death 3X with smaller HWs like Frazier & Norton would utterly destroy Wlad... the 70s were the best era... HW no good now because the US is no longer dominating, blah, blah :-(
Your're way too biased. Any post war Ali is badly beaten by Wlad and other top HWs today. Ali, who struggled with CWs that could jab back at him, would have fits with many current/recent HWs pre war. Put down the myth and look at this objectively.

    Right.

And the guy who got obliterated by the likes of Brewster and Sanders, and even got stopped by Puritty beats the best heavyweight who ever lived!

Put down the "bigger is better" myth and look at this objectively.

Are you trying to be funny? I think many would argue that point. Ringo was never known as some very skilled guy. A tough bruiser yes, but 100% more skilled than Peter :huh  And I don't dislike Oscar nor do I hype Peter.
Agree, and neither would most of the current top HWs :yep Hardly any Africans or Eastern block Euros around in the 70s. Outside of a few other S & N Amercians, some West Euros, HW boxing was mostly a US club. Those days a long gone. Not sure if you're romanticizing the past or just hate the current era.

The likes of Brewster and Sanders would have beaten most 70s HWs.
Well even without a good uppercut I think Wlad would be very competitive vs Lewis, but at this point I'd favor Lennox :D

Yeah, physics and common sense are "myths". You got me there :nut :rofl
