    Straight question

and do you vary your diet every day or do you have a fixed staple diet most days ?

    Today I had the following....

Breakfast - Rolled oats with raisins, crushed walnuts and semi skimmed milk

Mid morning snack - Orange, whey protein shake with water, 5 poppy seed biscuits

Lunch - Boiled rice, roast skinless chicken breast, boiled cabbage

Mid afternoon snack - Fresh leek and potato soup, buttered wholemeal bagel, grilled chicken breast

Dinner - Boiled riced, roast skinless chicken breast, boiled cabbage and carrots.

Evening snack - Whey protein shake with chocolate milk, banana.

Bedtime snack - Casein protein shake before sleep.

I worked out twice, cardio in the morning and core workout in the evening hence why I had whey protein twice in one day. Am simply maintaining weight at the moment on about 3000 calories a day.

My actual diet today was pretty standard for me. Smoothie in the morning and after training (yoghurt, quark, banana, apple, strawberry, blackberry, raspberry, blueberry). For lunch I had a few boiled potatoes with parsley and two eggs. After that two slices of bread with butter / peanut butter and a glass of milk. Then finally I had chili that I made today for the next 14 or so days. Brown beans, kidney beans, corn and chicken in a thick sauce I made of a shitload of blended vegetables (tomatoes, sweet peppers, onions, leeks, carrots, mushrooms, zucchini squash, red peppers, garlic). Also ate a few mandarines throughout the day.

Still hungry so I'm thinking of eating some rye bread with butter to end the day.

Maybe 200grams of Oats in the morning with 100grams of Rasins, made with water.

"I'm just guessing how much, i don't measure....................its quite a big breakfast like"

Sidenote: I was taking a multivitamin, but decided to stop taking one. Because Oats have many vitamins and minerals in them, and also Rasins have minerals in them and antioxants, and quite abit of Iron.

Maximuscle Protien Shake after training. Just one scoop, gives me 30grams of protien after training.

I had one whole Steak Pie today, when i got home. It was 1500 calories in 1 pie. I only had it because i did'nt want what my mum had cooked for me, so i just made one whole massive pie.

I'm just about to eat a Pork Chop, with some wholemeal bread mabye.

And then again at about 3.30 i will have another Pork Chop.

Sidenote: I try not to eat Pork, but thats all i can see.

Aslong as there is Oats in the house, i just generally survive on what is in the house.

I don't actually buy my own food, i think i will have to start buying my own food.

Just allot of lean meats, Chicken, Lamb...........i enjoy that type of ****.

Take your vitamin. You aren't replacing everything that is in the multi-vitamin pill with oats and raisins lol.

RDJ do you have a more specific recipe for the chili? Sounds real good.

My diet usually has the following qualifications per day:

    3000-4,500 calories

    150-210 grams of protein

200-400 carbs mostly consisting of good things like bread, pasta, ect.

I don't measure fat content I just try to choose foods that are somewhat low in fat

If I think I need to cut weight I just eat a low amount of carbs, calories, fat and stick with my regular protein content

Sure. First make sauce, then add chicken, sweet corn and beans.

The hard part, sauce. I used 25 tomatoes, 6 sweet peppers, 2 red peppers, 6 onions, 5 carrots, 5 leeks, 10 cloves of garlic, 350 grams of shrooms and a zucchini squash (courgette). This is a gamble every time I make it so don't mind the numbers. Chop em all into bits, don't mind the size of the chunks they'll be blended later on. Put everything that needs to be heated (everything minus the shrooms, garlic and tomatoes) in a large pan, add water and let it boil for a while until the carrots are getting softer. Add some seasalt to the soup for optimum taste. Shortly heat the shrooms in a pan and thrown them in the soup. Blend the soup together with the raw tomatoes and the garlic and add chili powder until it's the way you want it. Don't add too much water or you'll end up with soup instead of sauce.

Boil your corn together with some sugar, and add it. Also add your beans, I used brown, kidney and marrow fat beans. Steam your chicken and throw it in as well.

Awesome ****ing dish I guarantee you. I'm not much of a chef so this will be far from what Ramsay or Oliver calls chili but I love it.

Breakfast is basically worthless, your lunch consists of nothing but carbs and dinner is nothing but a bit of protein if it's chicken and proteins and fats if it's egg. Are you serious? I won't even mention the numbers in your lunch but it all seems a bit sketchy. It's not a good diet, if you actually ate that your fat intake would be about 5 grams a day.

I'd stumble around like a zombie on that breakfast, go into a sugar induced hyper frenzy on your lunch and starve on your dinner. When do you workout? What do you eat afterwards?
