I'm guessing your actual diet is far from that but even if it only resembles what you typed just a little bit, your energy problems are rather logical.

No wonder you're feeling so drained after training. You're not even consuming the necessary calories to maintain your body functioning. I'd estimate your calorie intake to be about 1100-1200 cals a day. No nutritionist would recommend such a restrictive diet.

For me its usually something like this, Ive stopped tracking it in my training log since eating like this is just a habit now.

Breakfast: 4 or 5 packets of oatmeal OR 2 bowls of cereal (vector or raisin bran) and a multi vite
    -----------------------
Snack: 1 apple, 1 banana or grapes
    -----------------------
Snack: little can of flavoured tuna (averages 20g protein)
    -----------------------
    (go to boxing)
    -----------------------
Snack: protein shake and a multi vite if I forgot at breakfast (after boxing)
    -----------------------
Supper: 1 chicken breast stir fry (2-3 cups of cooked veggies...its a huge mounding bowl) I honestly eat these every day, I change it up by using different sauces and adding spices to the sauces.
    -----------------------
Snack: either more fruit or a salad (usually fruit)
    -----------------------
depending on how late I stay up I may have 2 sandwiches with whole grain bread, some kind of chicken sandwich meat (I switch flavours all the time) with pickle, banana pepper, mustard, maybe cheese, mayo.

Average intake for me is usualy 3-4 servings of meat, 8+ fruits and veg, 2 dairy, 4-6 grains. That and I go through 1.5-2 liters of juice each day, its that crystal light zero calorie stuff.

    Usually something like this:

Breakfast - Porridge with a tbsp of honey + half a banana sliced

Snack - Home made smoothie or protein shake

Lunch - Chicken in pitta bread with a little salad

    Snack - Piece of fruit.

Dinner - Chicken/turkey/steak with potato or brown rice

    Train

Supper - Glass of milk and some chicken

Drinks for the day are usually:
Vitamin C supplement (since i don't eat enough fruit)
1 or 2 cups of green tea
    3 litres of water
and a cup of Bovril, cause i love it.

    Not perfect i'm aware..

Didn't you "discover" quinoa a while back and decided that was "the new thing"? Now it's raisins, before that you found out about cocoa and wanted that daily. You don't start to see a pattern here?

Sometimes i have Quinoa, sometimes i have Oats...? is that ok with you.

I've got to avoid certain foods, because i'm trying to recover from Adrenal Fatigue.

Some days, i have good days.

But days like today, i have felt like i'm 90 years old.

I take Grapeseed extract instead of cocoa.

    Living in Pain, but recovering..!!

I hope avoiding fruits, vegetables and the likes (basically a varied diet) will help you recover.

I had eggs this morning, I started out good. But um yeah I ate a bunch of candy and ice cream through out the day. We have halloween candy and Ive been eating the **** out of it.

I got to get focused again, but day to day its not usually bad. For lunch I take a turkey sandwich with wheat bread and two different fruits like apples, grapes, pears ect. I maybe 4 cups of water at work and tea for lunch. I dont do coffee anymore because caffeine makes my head aches worse.
