Honestly, I just eat a lot of meat, and also get protein from nuts, eggs, and cheese. I don't worry too much about getting lean cuts, it seems to work for me. I'd much rather eat some meat or eggs than drink a protein shake. The more natural the protein source, the better. I wish organic meat was cheaper, I'd much rather eat grass fed beef than corn fed, but economics wins out in that case. It's hard to eat too much protein if it's natural protein and not shakes. I tend to eat a relatively low carb diet. It's not for everyone, but my body has trouble processing carbs, I gain weight very easily when I regularly eat carby foods, and I feel like my energy levels go down. Then again, I don't train for 4 hours a day or anything like that. It's crazy, when I eat things like bread or pasta I just can't stop eating.
200grams Oats, Water, Brown Sugar. "Its maybe more than 200grams" A Berrito with Chicken, Lectuce, Mushrooms, tomatoes on it. A bowel of Scouse with, three pieces of Pitta Bread. : I will eat something esle before bed.
Any chance you could get back to my PM sometime with some basic tips/suggestions? Would be much appreciated.
RDJ will have you spending a fortune on your diet. For any serious athlete, your diet costs allot of money. It cost one of my mates £80 a week, to eat right.
Its costs a serious athlete £12 a day "On average", to eat the perfect diet. Even something like £8 a day, will put allot of us back. Most of us are students, or working part-time. These are the ****ing facts of life.
i completely disagree 1 £12 aint much 2 boxing was built on poverty not the perfect diet. 3 what costs £12 a day exactly? it dont cost anything like that.
£12 a day is over £80 a week. Thats £320 a month. **** off... All the students online, and part time workers.......must have their cocks out, and wanking over this information.
