double **** off? lol post your perfect diet mate ...thats all i ask. its not a lot of money but i accept it is to some. its doesnt change the point tho. some of the greatest came out of nothing. comfort kills your soul far more than hunger does. and as for the student thing, its funny they never run out of money for drugs or booze for that matter. i dont touch either and surprise, i got expendable income.
Oh sorry man I postponed and forgot about it. Will reply when I get back from my fight tonight. In the meantime check out this thread: http://www.eastsideboxing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=161999 No he won't. Give it up Theo, you've lost this argument before. Natural foods are not expensive. Your mate is an idiot who buys into fads. I can eat natural and perfectly healthy for under 40 euro's a week. That's less than 35 British Pounds dear Theo, not even half what your dumb ass mate spends.
He doesn't know the first thing about nutrition, let him talk. Look at what he posted so far in this thread. And then he wonders why his athletic endeavours aren't working out the way they're supposed to, gee how would that happen.
It's about 5 a day and if that sets you back kill yourself. Just for shits and giggles, post your mates "perfect diet". I'm willing to bet it's shitfull of supplements, because that's the only way to get to 80 pounds a week. Funny thing is you advocate supplements because you think food is expensive, yet it's supplements where the big bucks are made at the expense of athletes.
:deal This. The only supplements I ever buy are protein shake powder and multi vitamins, that's it. Most of this pre-workout garbage that's sold in health stores is nothing more than a placebo.
this should be a perfect diet thread or someone should start one. i googled east side boxing perfect diet and all that came up was this thread. lol.
This Friday...... I'm gonna walk into Tesco, and spend £30 on meat, to last me for 2 weeks. Is it possible..? can it be done...? Meat for a serious athlete. RDJ thinks it can be done, so lets see.
Yes I usually do. It's a vitamin supplement Theo, not a vitamin replacement like you seem to think. You're supposed to take them on top of a healthy diet.
I don't know if you can do that, I never made such a claim. We discussed a healthy diet, not your meat eating habits for two weeks. It (planning a healthy and cheap diet, not your silly meat buying experiment) all depends if you are capable of planning a diet and from what I have seen so far you really aren't. You don't have much experience cooking healthy food, nor do you have experience buying groceries on a budget. I'd say you probably fail, but that is no indication of the price of healthy food it's more your complete absence of knowledge on this matter. The "serious athlete" who doesn't eat fruit and vegetables, barely works out, is on a junk diet and has fatigue issues btw? :think
