Mainly chocolate bars, biscuits, and crisps. I did have an apple but it was a shitty small one. And some milk.
Upon waking - Multi vit Not long after waking - Whey shake and omega 3 Breakfast - 28 g of oats, handful of blueberries, cinnamon, honey & omega 3 Lunch - Whey shake, greek yogurt with bb's. handful of almonds, honey, cinnamom & omega 3 Dinner - 2 pieces of chicken (in coconoil), broccoli & omega 3 Snack - Same as lunch Before bed - Casein shake
there's nothing wrng with any of that, it's a great diet, you just need to eat more of it eg. add 2/3 boiled eggs and an activia yoghurt to your breakfast have some cottage cheese after dinner or with dinner have tuna or cottage cheese on your jacket, not beans
Thanks for this i didn't realise I wasn't eating enough, especially as I'm someone who gains weight easily when not training. Would poached eggs be just as good as boiled eggs for breakfast?
Pasta with ketchup Cookies and some biscuits More pasta Water sandwich And more pasta with ketchup. All small amounts that should equal upto 1000 calories.
I am amazed at some of the diets I see on here. I would bet that some of them wouldn't even be at the 1200 calorie mark. I am putting back 3000 to 3500 a day and I am struggling to keep my weight on. I'm 5'10 1/2 and weight 134 pounds. It sucks.
Im like the complete opposite. I can eat like a 1000 + calories a day for a month and yes, my weight will drop but in the first week it drops normally. The second week i gain weight...LOL...and then a lose some. For me taking that extra fat off is slow and takes patience.
I know it amazes me too. Even when I am looking to cut weight I never drop below 1800 cals a day and I'm only 5"5 and weight 139lbs. I have to eat 3000 cals a day just to maintain body weight.
it is interesting, and kinda why i started this thing. i guess a lot of it really is down to metabolisms.
Not really. I can't see the difference in metabolism being that different from person to person. The "I have a fast metabolism" line is used by skinny guys that can't gain weight because they don't eat enough. But I agree with other posters, how some of these guys function properly at all let alone box on the tiny amount of food they consume is amazing.
aside from the obvious lines. we do see notable differences between intakes/size/results. its disingenous to ignore that.
I tend to agree with this. Metabolism can be influenced but the basic principles are the same to all of us, it's a widely abused line.
I think it comes down to how you cook the egg. Frying an egg in high fat oil is bad. Boiling/poaching eggs are good. Scrambled eggs are good too.
