He fought the same people all the other Undefeated fighters in the Top 10 fought...He is the only fighter in the Top 10 with an aura of invincibility

The rest are people who already got beat down, or about to get beat down

Liakhovich was 2-4 since 2006 going into the Wilder fight. He was coming off 2 consecutive knock outs. Helenius brutally knocked him out, then Jennings totally owned him and TKO'd him. This is Wilders greatest win. An inactive fighter, old, washed up fighter coming off two big knock out losses. Audley was in his 40's and was destroyed by Price and Haye recently.

Although Wilder has an Aura of a Champion, he is only a contender & you are mad at him because he is facing a recently 2-4 former champ?

We should just put down Brandon Rios for taking on Pacman 0-2 former champ :patsch

Or even better you would have been the Undefeated Iron Mike hater who would have discounted him for taking on James Tillis who was 0-3 in his last 3 fights

  4. Wilder is definetly the next Price, but his Tony Thompson will be Jason Gavern.

I know this too difficult for you to comprehend or accept.

Wilder was on the same level as David Price was 16 fights ago thats miles away pal

Deontay Wilder is 29-0 still on top of his game KTFO everybody & world ranked, if you want to be hateful towards Wilder...compare him with someone with a 100% KO ratio that got ranked in the top 10 by all governing bodies...Go ahead find me the last Heavyweight with a 100% KO Ratio to be ranked by all governing bodies :yep

Wilder should beat a contender to get rated in top 10. His best win is an old, shot Harrison.

    Okay Okay...

So how did Wladimir Klitschko (his 27th fight) get away with facing Everett Can't Win Martin who was coming into the ring with a

    losses string

Wladimir stopped Mr Everett 8 rounds later & continued with his life to become a World Champion.

    tough now....

    1. wlad (hate how he lays on opponents backs--only throws jab/straight right)

    2. vitali (retiring soon--will be off my list, yet i dont see anyone beating him up like lewis did)

    3. Haye - great boxer----except the wlad fight
    4. Helenius --getting experience--huge [power in both hands--left hook Peter!
5.Wilder -(under-rated) yet un tested . i think hes good to go-needs bigger fights NOW
6.povetkin-( HUGE layoff.....NOBODY knows what this guy can do at this point)
    7.Jennings--good skills--could win on points
    8. Stiverne -- a mystery to me
9.Szpilka- big power--bad defense-can be countered easy right now.
10.Lennox Lewis--can step in and wipe out most of the above with 2 months of training. !!

I have Haye rated don't I. And Helenius.

Also Chagaev is scheduled to fight both Pudar and Ortiz(assuming he UDs Pudar which is almost a 100% foregone conclusion).

Also, I tend to look at a fighters total body of work, rather than "what have you done for me lately".

Whether you consider them good wins or not, Valuev, Ruiz, Drummond, Virchys, Sprott, Skelton, Meehan, Walker, Williams, and Calloway X2 are all nice solid wins over top 30HWs with several of those wins being against solid top 5 and 10 guys.

Now, if his entire career were just going thru the Manswells and Sheppards, and Feilds' of the division, then no, I'd have to rate him similar to Wilder, on the lower tier of the top 20.

But it's my own opinion that he's been lowballed, much like Solis has, in recent yrs, and he's had to turn down bigger fights b/c he was being brought in as an opponent.

This is a guy who has beaten several of the top 20 HWs of the past 10 yrs.:think
