There are 80 questions in the test....a few questions of every law, but they focus more on labor law, penal law and civil law.
If I pass in this test there is the second phase on october, and then the test is practical with a specific type of law that you choose.....we have to do a practical job with the problem they impose to us on the question.....then is over, who passes is an attorney and starts to work......

    Pretty disappointed/disillusioned with Obama, too.

But the alternative is just too ****ing absurd. I am ripe for a third party no-hoper not named Paul.

Apolitical though I am, I agree completely. I voted for Barr last time, and I have no idea who he is or what he stands for. All I knew was that he was the third-party candidate that had the biggest toehold of any of them, precious little though it was. Mine was a protest vote of sorts, and I'll do the same again. I'm just tired of the Coke or Pepsi only choices. Given the choice of Obama vs. any Republican, I'd vote for Obama, but my state always goes democrat anyway, so I'm free enough I suppose to cast my silly little protest vote.

Yeah, seriously feeling apathetic or worse, fatalistic. The whole political/financial system seems rigged. In retrospect, Obama's "Change" motto was a hilarious taunt.

Obama did brought a change .
Some of d change he started will take time 2b felt , like d allowance of stem cell research , its extension and financing it more .
Research takes lots of time & money , partly because it is done by professionals whom do it 4 their living and hence require much more money & time , 2 milk d cash cow 2d max and 2 allow themselves as much as time as possible 2 work at it .
Obama also exited Iraq and passed d healthcare law .
What more do u want him 2 do with a Republican majority in d Senate ?

Kiyoshi Tanabe looked pretty good against Accavallo.

Busy fighter, well-schooled, fast hands, good movement, nice combinations.

Pity he had pillows instead of fists.

Accavallo had a truly iron chin though. Could it be Tanabe was from the Shozo Saijo school of misleading KO%'s? I doubt it, he looked to have lesser pop than Harada IMO, still, a reasonable dig.
