Garcia is a welterweight cutting down. I think it would be unfair to expect Rigo' to fight him.

Quigg is better than, but will fare no better than, Casey.

 

I don't expect him to, it's an exceptional challenge though and is the type of thing that molds great fighters. Crazy also that while he isn't Garcia in a P4P sense, it's amazing how many people are up Mayweather's ass to fight Alvarez (A SMW+ cutting down), and that fight is still going to happen. He's going to school him out of his ****ing shoes too and it'll become a post-fight cherry pick.
