    1. Manny Pacquiao
    2. Juan Manuel Marquez
    3. Nonito Donaire
    4. Sergio Gabriel Martinez
    5. Floyd Mayweather Jr.
    6. Wladimir Klitschko
    7. Juan Manuel Lopez
    8. Timothy Bradley
    9. Bernard Hopkins
    10. Andre Ward

    Reasons:
Pacquiao remains No.1 unless Donaire can have wins over Mares/Agbeko and Moreno even if Pacquiao beats Mosley and Marquez this year.
Marquez above Donaire because he remains active and a more accomplised 3-div champ.
Donaire above Martinez because Montiel is better win than Williams. And Kelly Pavlik hasn't really accomplised that much since his victory over Jermain Taylor.
Mayweather at No.5 due to his inactivity. He's fortunate to be still here because we won't know whether he has already retired or not.
Wlad comes next due to being a long time Heavyweight champion. He remains dominant in this weight class even if it lacks talent.
Lopez above Timothy bradley because him being a 2-div champ and having a deeper resume than Bradley like wins over Penalosa, De Leon, Luevano and Marquez.
Hopkins enters the top 10 again with his draw with Pascal. At age 46, it is unsual for the sport to fight at that age and remain competitive against a 25 year old champ.
