in reality i agree with you, Triple G blows out everyone in his division more decisively than him, but i gave the nod to Gonzalez out of respect to his superior resume.

In response to your criticisms despite it not being my list and it not being a very good one:

    6. Bradley (draw with Chavez, numerically impossible win over Provodnikov...)

Absolutely wasn't a draw against Chaves, horrible robbery. And he beat Provodnikov by my own and many other people's scorecards.

    7. JMM (Life and death with Alvarado, loss to Bradley, lucky shot against Pacquiao, roids...)

Wasn't really, he dominated it all apart from being knocked down and then going to war for a few rounds. Also, wasn't a lucky shot at all. You know better than to say that.

    11. Stevenson (WAY too high...who has he beat? Dawson off a KO loss and then...?)

He is the lineal LHW champ with good wins over Dawson, Cloud, Sukhotsky, Fonfara. But yeah he is a few spaces too high.

    13. Walters (Donaire isn't THAT good...)

He's deserving of being around about here I'd say, two solid wins in 2014

    14. Inoue ( shun the nonbeliever)

Should be higher but I can see why he's here as many don't know **** about the lower divisions

    15. M Garcia (Not active, if he was he should be top 10)

I struggle to know what to do with poor Mikey.

    16. D Garcia (dafuq...)

Deserving I'd say, has good wins over Khan, Matthysse, Morales x2, Holt and others

    20. Crawford (Should be top 10)

Top 10 would be too high but he should be around the 15 range

    22. Cotto (Would lose to any healthy top 10 guy at 147-160)

Doesn't matter, still got a hell of a win and with his career accomplishments I think he is way too low here.

    25. J Gonzalez (Lucky shot vs Mares/No chin)

You need to stop going on about lucky shots. You knwo better than this

    26. Khan (Barely a top 10 welter)

    Yeah laughable this tbh

    29. Loma (Should be way higher)"

Hasn't the wins to prove it.

Your list is similar to mine - Cotto and Lara I think are the only 2 difference in personnel in top 20.

Yours is the most respectable compared to everyone elses in this thread but I feel you have GGG waaaaaaaaay too high given the low quality of his wins. I think he certainly has the talent to be there and he is doing all he can but till he gets a marquee win I can't put him as a top 10 really. I also think Inoue should be a bit higher although I think I might have put him too high. I think he should be at or just outside top 10. Estrada should be top 10 too.

Yeah I'm taking some liberty with GGG but the way I see it is that he is the best at his weight and factoring in the manner at which he has disposed of top 10 contenders. But I agree a marquee win is important for him. I'm trying to avoid a knee-jerk reaction with Inoue like I did with Broner (putting him in at #10 after beating DeMarco I was proved wrong after and Inoue looks the real deal but their wins are somewhat comparable in that they stepped up in weight and KO'd the #1 ranked there). I'm just more comfortable putting Inoue in the top 10 after I see him again.

I see, that's very fair reasoning. Inoue is 21 year old 8 fight novice who in the space of one year won two world titles in two divisions beating the 1 ranked guy at each weight to do so, so I think he's already more proven than Broner ever was. He also hasn't had the struggles that Broner showed early in his career and he technically looks far more advanced. I feel pretty secure in Inoue, Broner I always thought was going to be exposed.
