I'm not even sure who Barny is? Barnett? I like Barnett, or at least don't dislike him. I've heard Hughes referred to as Barny due to the resemblance, and I'm probably Hughes' biggest fan on here.
Was refering to Barnett. Love his style, very active with sub attempts and deceptive athleticism for his appearance.
Not pound for pound or h2h, just my 10 favs to watch, in no particular order. Wandy Fedor BJ GSP Big Nog Randy Anderson Franklin Cung Le Rampage
at the Q&A for ufc90 I asked if it was who is the most entertaining or who can beat who, and I didn't get a clear answer. I think dana just doesnt like the evasive counter styles if they dont produce big convincing wins. I like machieda and I think dana doesn't want him as a champion because he sees that as a hard champion to promote. Thats IMHO is the problem with letting the promoters run everything, you get people held back from title shots and on the extreme you get people like kimbo shoved down your throat.
Nice to see so many have Fedor at no1, it pisses me off that almost every UFC event they call Anderson Silva the no1 p4p BUT THEN say **** like `whoever doesnt know this is crazy` or words to that affect. I wonder what sort of pedestal they would put Fedor on if he fought for UFC ? mmmmm...... For the record, here is my top 5...... 1. Fedor (No doubt) 2. A. Silva (No MWTs left to beat, must move up to keep ahead of someone as good as BJ) 3. Penn (Probably leap to 2nd if he beats GSP without Anderson doing something equally great because its so close between them) 4. St Pierre (must beat Penn & have no more slip-ups to move up while retaining current form) 5. Nogueira (Must clear out the UFC as he is more than capable of doing to move up or`just`beat Fedor at 4th attempt to leapfrog to no1)
I like your list. If Penn manages to defeat GSP, I'll have to give p4p to him. I agree that Anderson's list of opponents is slim, but if GSP defeats Penn; I hope Silva faces him before vacating his own division.
