If you scorecard is close to Lederman, you need to take another look at the fight. That's my opinion. Sometimes I wonder if he is scoring by sense of smell because he doesn't appear to be seeing the same fight as me.
I thought it was a close fight and could go either way. The body work that Ward was doing was the most dominant factor in the fight to me. I wasn't surprised that Ward got the decision and wouldn't have been surprised if Kovalev got the decision.
It is not refutable that the 3 mice sitting in ringside are fans of ward, or else we wouldn't be having this conversation at all. If kov is a more popular fighter the score would be 117-110 116-111 114-113 and STILL.. And trust me, there will be no outcry
What is not refutable is that Ward won the decision and some people can't seem to move on. I doubt Kovalev is taking the decision as hard as some of the people on this site.
