On RBR I gave Canelo 3 and 9 - 118-110 On rewatch I think I probably read too much into the uppecut and blocked shots and Bivol would get round 3 for 119-109 Even though 9 was easily Canelo's most positive and aggressive round, he still really didn't get Bivol clean with a huge amount, and I got the impression that Bivol was letting Alvarez blow his wad and tire himself out.
Round 1 Bivol 10-9 Round 2 Bivol 10-9 Round 3 Bivol 10-9 Round 4 Bivol 10-9 Round 5 Bivol 10-9 Round 6 Bivol 10-9 Round 7 Bivol 10-9 Round 8 Bivol 10-9 Round 9 Canelo 10-9 Round 10 Bivol 10-9 Round 11 Bivol 10-9 Round 12 Bivol 10-9 119-109 Bivol
I had it 10-9 Bivol 10-9 Bivol 10-9 Bivol 10-9 Bivol 10-9 Bivol 10-9 Bivol 10-9 Bivol 10-9 Bivol 10-9 Canelo 10-9 Bivol 10-9 Bivol 10-9 Bivol 119-109 Bivol Could he anything from 117-111 to 120-108
I like to score in ranges, best case and worst case. Best case for Bivol 12-0, worst case 8-4. So I'm going with 10-2 even though my personal bias would lean towards 11-1.
I gave Canelo one round, round 9. If I try hard I can probably find another round but if I try hard in the other direction, or not so hard, I can give Bivol a 12-0 score. Complete domination unless you score blocked punches for Canelo. I didn’t hear anyone mention size when Canelo beat the shell of Kov, a guy who is bigger than Bivol. Canelo fans pretended he beat prime Kov. Now they want to pretend Bivol is Tyson Fury size. Wasn’t Canelo recently chirping about much bigger Usyk? Any news on that fight? I heard today that Canelo feels he won the fight 7-5. Maybe he’s reading the comments of some of the guys around here. This content is protected
Nqh it wasn't clear Clenbuterolos round. Bivol still outlanded him both in jabs and power punches. People scored that round for Clenelo because he was totally dominated in the previous 4 rounds(4-8), and they scored that round for Clenelo by default, cause he did better than the previous rounds, but this ain't how you scoring fight. You should not care what happen in the previous round. Score are done round by round, not based on previous ones. Round 3 ain't discussion rounds at all. Clear Bivol round. The only discussion rounds was 4 and 9, and to be fair i would stay would favor Bivol in this rounds 60-40. He still outperform Clenbuterols in this rounds.
@Quina74 GGGfan gave Canelo rounds 3, 4 and maybe 2 as well. Looks like we have a disagrement here. GGG fan scored 3 to Canelo, lordy has 3 as a "clear" Bivol round. Fans are definitely not in agreement over these rounds.
This exactly. And we know how compubox often "helps" the Clenbuterolos. For example there was a round where Bivol clearly landed like 9-10 jabs, yet compubox counted just 2-3 or something like this. Don't remember the round correctly, but someone else also mentioned this. And before anyone start with the compubox, YEAH i know that there is 2 imbe****(who can still be paid/corrupt or told to do so) operator that click "buttons", but it's still heavily human influenced if you know what i mean. In reality Clenelo never landed 84 punches, more like 20 punches through the whole match, and the rest of this 80 was in Bivol arms. Bivol doesn't have a single mark on his face. And Bivol probably land like 250+ punches on Clen face. As far as round 9, it's exactly what you describe it in the RBR, this was better Canelo round compare to the previous one, but he still lost it.
No we don't, Compubox is almost always against him and it causes people to think he lost rounds that he didn't. People can't decide, then see the Compubox #s and say "ohhh Compubox says Canelo was outlanded, I'll score it against him now".
Compubox is just someone else's opinion there's nothing scientific about it. If they are watching from a **** angle as well then they might miss landed shots as well. It's a rough guide that's all. I bet anywhere from 5-8 landed punches is seen as acceptable variance.
