I think the difference is Pac has already said that 140 is the division he'll be staying in. We all kind of figured 135 was just a baromoter for 140 or 147 with Pac. You MAY be right on this one however depending on whether he moves to a Cotto fight. If he does then you're right.

With Williams, chances are he'll yo yo around for as long as he can. It wouldn't shock me if he held titles at 147, 154 and 160 at the same time.

That's why I said over the last 3 1/2 years...I mean, P-Will had 1 meaningful fight vs. an average beltholder (Verno Phillips was the most beatable titleholder at the time)...that's why I don't rank him as high as Dzinziruk...

Would be a shock to me too as I think it's not really possible to hold alphabet titles in different divisions:D

Joe Greene would be the sort of fighter that I'd like to see more of (Assuming I'm remembering Joe Greene correctly). Two up and coming fighters facing off against one another in a high stakes fight.

Honestly if Verno Phillips is still interested in fighting and I was working for GBP, I'd give him a ring for a fight against Kirkland.

    Depends on the alphabets.

It could be IBA or NABO or any of those jobber alphabets.

Yeah but we are talking world titles.NABO is regional.
I don't think it's allowed to hold alphabet world titles in different divisions. That's why all the vacating **** is happening.

Probably...although Williams can always get "Super Duper Extra Special Captain Champion Emeritus" status.

Did Greene pass that kidney stone yet? ****, he was scheduled to fight Martinez on HBO in January and I haven't heard his name since he had to cancel.

    Who's Can~??

The last time Dzinziruk was in with a tough guy, he fought to a close decision.... Kirkland is tough and is gonna bring that pressure... It's gonna come down to can Sergiy hold up to Kirkland's pressure throughout the fight... and him banking those early rounds...

Kotelnik will be a good fight for Ortiz...
