Whats the thoughts on here whats next for Brian Rose and Ricky Burns

Id like to see a fight made between Brian Rose and Liam Smith if its possible to see if Rose has it to beat Smith

Things are very unclear regards Burns imo The whole can he cant he do the weight for 135lb , Looked in the fleshiest condition ive ever saw Ricky on saturday very bloated and the jump in weight didnt suit him , Where does ricky go at Lightweight in terms of opponent ...... Im thinking Ricky vs Crolla is a certainty now, Looks like Eddie is playing it very cagey with Ricky regards the weight issue , if ricky had blown that guy away a fear theyd a been raving Rickys found his natural weight and stregnth etc , Im glad of the outcome personally as it just didnt look like good weight ricky had gained and as he says he made the weight far too easily which is a sign hes suited to LW rather than LWW. Also hearing snippets Rickys not tied into a number of fight deal with Eddie that its fight by fight which doesnt leave him with much security

Also Tyrone Nurse and Dave Ryan was the fight of the night for me and the winner defo deserves a crack at Willie Limonds British Title

Crolla if he has any Nuts will tell Hearn to stick it when he tries to put him in
With Burns...Hearn promised a world title shot not a domestic fight with a badly faded Burns

Would earn far more facing Burns than a fight with Abril and the Burns fight is much easier.

I agree! Crolla has bigger fish to fry and rightly so IMO. If the fight did go ahead it would be a miss-match. I also remember master coach Joe-G saying he knew how Crolla would beat Burns a few years ago, so it wouldn't be a problem now especially with Burns downturn in form. Crolla would whitewash Burns.

Not at all Stevie not at all! Anthony Crolla is on the fringes of World level, but now Burns is domestic level at best and his performance on Saturday proved it.
The Crolla-Burns fight won't sell and Eddie would get slaughtered if he made that fight and rightly so. To be honest I can't see Crolla's master coach Joe-G accepting that fight as he doesn't want his fighter going backwards and he's certainly not a man scared to voice his opinion.

I think well possibly see Ricky against one of the other British Lightweights in the near future , theres possibilities in all angles tbh , Crolla, Campbell , Matthews the only one i dont see him in with is Mitchell due to the same trainer , The only way ricky can regain confidence and recognition is to become the best on his own patch first n foremost

Ricky will probably be fed to Campbell before his big stadium fight with Coyle in Hull. I hope I'm wrong though mate for Ricky's sake, but I think it's safe to say Ricky's glory days are over. The likes of Crolla and Mitchell are way ahead of Burns now. I think it's over sorry, Stevie :good

Looks that way mate unless he makes a drastic improvement back to his best , time will tell , unlike scott he leads a cleaner lifestyle giving him the chance to prolong his career even if it becomes journeyman style as ricky always said hed like to get to 100 fights and if he remains fit and healthy who are we to argue

Scoffing Chinese food and Pizza suppers ain't living a clean life style Steven. In fact it's disgusting for a high paid sportsman.
As for the 100 fight mark I don't think so. Around halfway would be more realistic. I mean Ricky already looked like a fleshy journeyman the other night and he fought like one as well. Ricky's family won't allow him to go that long, so I'm very sorry pal. It's the best for Burns health :good
