    Winner of that needs to fight Crawford to prove they are the best welter in the world because Bud is far better than the lineal champ that Porter beat.

    TBRB would as they now rate Spence and Porter 1 and 2 respectively.

    Seems weird but...

    Keith T was partially unified but was out for almost two years and didn't look great against Josesito.
    Crawford is arguably the best of the bunch...but has yet to defeat the number one guy at the weight.

    So...Judgement call.

    Personally, I'd like to see the winner of this mini PBC tournament face off against Crawford for all the marbles.
