You obviously don't follow his career. It's boxing. A punch can break anything at anytime. It's all about angles and the right spot. Inoue is the hardest puncher P4P, but he's not breaking bones every single fight.

he doesnt. inoue has never been dropped twice by bums or been 50/50 in a fight while fighting dirty af vs gvozdyk clearly hitting with his wrists and rabbit punching
Harder, yes. P4P, no. Inoue has dropped/KO'd guys with every punch he throws. Going forward, backwards, countering, etc.. But what does that have to do with dominance? You simply can't argue that anyone's been more dominant.
100% KO is sexy, but getting dropped, going 50/50, and looking mediocre at times eliminates Beterbiev from being labeled as the most dominant fighter in boxing.
