Seconded. Replace Sweet Pea (who hasn't won a fight in over a decade at this point) with Castillo, that's it. You can make an argument for Naseem Hamed too, but he gets starched by anyone anyway :rofl

If it's the last 10 years, Toney isn't anywhere on this list. He hasn't beaten anyone apart from Jirov since then. Lewis is a far better placement.

Well if this the list, I can tell you who the winner is of the bat. If evry1 is prime 4 prime. RJ won. So the list better get better than this. Or you can just say RJ is the winner. Even though I personally believe he was the best fighter from 2001 going back 4 10yrs. But thats just my opinion

A peak Forrest is superior H2H. With a tournament, why does resume matter? Not every fantastic fighter gets the chance to establish long resume's, most don't, Forrest came in and went out fast.

This is not an all time great rankings tournament, it's a H2H tournament.

And is this tournament for people who made the p4p list. Or only the ones whohave been undisputed #1 p4p?

Extrapolate everything P4P and I think Pac and Tszyu have a good shot at cracking Roy's glass a bit earlier in his career.

mayb, but highly unlikely. pac hurt RJ's:rofl. As easy as Pac is to hit. RJ would mutilate him.

Resume DOES matter. You know why? Because we can sit here all day and say that someone deserves to be on the list cuz we THINK he would have beat him.

If Forrest gets on, Mayorga does too....he has more titles in more weight classes and beat Forrest.

P4P is ALL about resumes with H2H mixed in after we take a look at that. Too much subjectivity leaves the whole tourney open to anyone. (Kessler? Yah right....) If Mayorga's power could scare Forrest, then Tito's at 147 surely could. Fact, Trinidad never lost a WW fight and is a 3 division champion. If he is not on the list because some of you THINK another fighter is better than him, who accomplished far less, and never beat him, then the tournament is a farce. Where do we draw the line at who we THINK is better and would win?

Except that P4P and in his prime in SMALLER weight classes, Jones was never even stunned. So either his chin wasn't glass OR his defense is too good and none of these guys will hit him. Take your pick.

BTW, KT was stopped AND quit on his stool. Pacman has been KO'd as many times as Jones has. So if that's you take on it.....

BTW, the best fighter missing who was still fighting until 6 years ago....Ricardo Lopez!

How does this work? We nomonate the 16 best boxers of the past 10 years. I think I understand that part. Than what? Do we compare them in head to head match ups? Who would beat who? I can save every one a lot of time and trubble. Lenox Lewis would come out on top. Are we going to compare skills and acomplishments? While that would be more intersting they are questions of opinion not questions of fact.
All that being said I am courious to see how this turns out, and plan on giving my two cents worth.
