Povetkin should be favored over Wlad and heavily over Vitali? Wtf are you serious? How should Povetkin be favor over Wlad if Povetkin struggles vs Bryd? ( who wlad easily destroyed in the rematch before bryd fought vs povetkin) and How in the world should Povetkin be heavily favor over Vitali if Povetkin struggle vs Chambers? The same Chambers who struggle vs 265 fat Sam Peter that Vitali easily destroyed? Huki stop being a way biased Povetkin fan.

AP's got at least an even chance at anyone not named Klitschko....It's too soon for me to tell whether Vitali's slipped enough for Povetkin to possibly pull an upset based on the Gomez fight, because nobody looks good against Gomez. I think he'd take Chag and Valuev at this point, though.

I believe Wlad would take Povetkin in 7 rds or less, he is made to order coming forward not much defence and right there to gladly be put to sleep by Steelhammers Right Hand. As for Povetkin v Vitali, well I see Vitali winning inside the distance too, what round will depend on Povetkin's heart ! Povetkin does not have either the skill or the power to trouble either Klitschko. I would really like to see Povetkin vs Chagaev, assuming after he beats Valuev (hopefully).

You can't be realistic about Wlad and his major vulnerabilities/weaknesses so there's no point of arguing. Same with all of the other Klitschko supporters. I'm not going to waste my time.. just wait until they fight and then see what happens.

And yes, maybe you have lower standards than me when rating fighters, but Wlad is definitely not an A level fighter. Neither is Povetkin unless he proves it later in his career and shows something we've never seen from him before. This HW division is garbage when compared to other eras. A-level is what you call fighters like Pac, JMM, Guzman, Floyd, Mosley, Cotto, Calzaghe, arguably Kessler, Dawson, etc. Wlad is not at the level of these fighters when you look at it objectively and know what you're talking about.

Wlad is extremely lucky to be in the HW division at a time where it's unbelievably weak and lacks very solid competition. Just look at it.. Wlad/Povetkin are B+ fighters (maybe lower when you consider someone like Montiel is a B+), Vitali I consider B at this point of his career, Chagaev and Chambers are B-, Valuev is C+/B-, and after that it only gets worse, terribly worse. It's not a good division right now, come on.

I like Sascha- I just hope he is making the right career choices. Byrd, Chambers, and Estrada are not good preparation for Wlad.

Dimentrenko is a leap in the right direction, if it happens. He ought to have rejected the tournament and fought guys like, Guinn, Dokiwari, Mcline, Grant, TOS, Austin, etc.

I'm picking Povetkin to beat Wladimir, Povetkin is the only dangerous heavyweight contender right now and no one else comes close in my opinion, not even David Haye.

I'm picking him to defeat Estrada and looking forward to the Wladimir fight after he's done with Haye.

Povetkin will be be able to beat Vitali or Vlad. Estrada has zero chance vs. Klitsckos and neither does Chambers. Haye? A sick joke. Vlad will knock him out.

Povetkin can beat Valuev, and make it look easy. Valuev always seemed like nothing more than a big lumbering oaf to me. I do not think Povetkin can handle either of the Klitschos quite yet.

Wlad has a perfect Jab and a very good right cross and left hook.

Povetkin“s defense is too bad to have a chance against a hard hitter like Wlad. His skin is weak. Wlad will win in less than 8 rounds.

I also favour Wlad over Povetkin, but Povetkin will make the water very hot for Wlad.
Povetkin was a great amateur fighter, one of the most successful ones of all times.
I truly enjoyed watching his fights then.
I quite positive that he has the skills to beat the likes of Chagaev and Valuev.
Even an outstanding long reigning heavy weight king like Wlad will have to keep his nose to the grindstone and sweat inside his gym in order to be able to show his A game against Povetkin.
The former Russian amateur star poses a serious threat to either Klitschko brother in my opinion.
