POVETKIN by stoppage or unanimous decision?

is the fight on tv anywhere over here in north america?or is it on the net at all?

 

I dont think Povetkin should be looking past Chris Byrd...

 

It will not be on TV, but it should be on the internet.

 

Why? Byrd's totally shot, you didn't see his last bout?

Povetkin's going to bring the pressure and the workrate and has enough power to dispose of Byrd at this point.

I think Byrd is well shot, the last low ranking journeyman he fought had him stunned to the body a few times..

If that's any indication than Povetkin may take him out really early.

Nah, i think Povetkin will win, he just needs to stop with the hunt for Klitschko stuff.. Cause that is a fight he sure as hell wouldnt win, so he needs to stop looking at that and look at the task ahead.. But i don't think he is overlooking too bad (I.E. Miranda)

I just voted for Byrd with wishful thinking...

 

Povetkin by accumulation TKO. Style wise Povetkin is a nightmare for Byrd.

Byrd is a counter-puncher, who stands right infront of oppnoents, tries to make then miss , then counters. Problem is Povetkin is an extremely accurate puncher, with very good handspeed, and is not going to miss, for Byrd to counter. Povetkin is going to likely maul Byrd.

 

Exactly, this is a dead 'gimme' type of fight and it's 12 rounds. Byrd should be done by the 7th, but that gives Povetkin 5 more rounds to end this fight and he punches rather hard.

And again, Byrd is shot. And inactive also.

 

What happens in the event of a draw anyway?
