POVETKIN by stoppage or unanimous decision?

    Byrd was fighting to survive, because he just didn't have it in him...Povetkin kept up the workrate as Amsterdam and huki said he would...and here we are...

    Who do you thinks taking the Brock/Chambers match? I think that ones going to be a 12 rounds for sure, I think Brock will get the decision win IMO.

    I don't know. I am new to boxing...haven't even heard of these guys...will have to watch some videos and think about it...:good

    Props to all you guys who predicted Povetkin by late stoppage. Byrd is further gone than I thought. He should either hang 'em up, or maybe try moving down to cruiser - maybe he can be competitive there for another year or two.

    We were right in predicting Byrd was too far "gone" to last 12 comfortably, but also lucky...as sean says, Byrd could have probably survived 12 rounds if he had set out to do so once he realised he could no longer compete.
