Fair enough, though if you asked me who had better hand speed, I would say Chambers.:good

Had he had better skills, he would not have been fighting creampufs until his 29th pro-fight.

I hope Povetkin wins, he is the only one of the tournament who has a chance with Wlad.

Don't get so defensive? I don't know who he fought in amateurs, as he had not achieved anything sagnificant in those ranks, such as world or olympic champion or even medalist for that matter. However, would you agree with me that his competition in the pro-ranks until his 29th fight was winning against creampufs? Good luck to you and your fighter on Jan 23rd as you would really need it.

povetkin is good enough to beat chambers but not good enough to avoid being knocked on his ass by wladimir klitschko

I dont see Chambers getting walked over like many suggest , but i do see Povetkin winning convincingly maybe on pts, Chambers has speed like many have stated but so does Povetkin.. In fact that is one of Sashas great attributes.. Povetkin is a little more educated as a fighter and is probablya bit more conditioned and schooled to box at a high level. He has probably boxed many fighters as good if notbetter than chambers , but Eddie may never have faced anyone as good as Povetkin, thatsthe truth.. Great fight non the less..

I predict this fight will be very exciting. Chambers isn't a walkover. He does have good speed, combinations & defense BUT so does Povetkin and Sasha has better power & aggression. Seems like they both have good solid chins too, so it should last awhile if not go the distance.

Very intriguing matchup and it's free on HBO too!!! :happy Kudos to HBO for making this fight between 2 undefeated young prospects.

Wladimir by KO over whoever wins :D :deal

It was meant as a LAUGH, but true. Chambers is 25 and turned PRO at 18. He was successful in the amateur career that he had. He chose to develop as a pro and while people are fascinated with Povetkins amateur career?

ITS THE PROS NOW, THIS IS WHAT COUNTS THE MOST!!!! Chambers beats him here, whats that Gold Medal mean?? Means he was a great amateur, but frankly my DEAR? I dont give a damn:rofl

Eddie's been brought a long right and win or lose? Ya'll are in for a suprise by discounting him as much as most are:good

Anyone think Chambers can make it through the 12 rounds? He looked fairly decent in the little I've seen of him, but I'm doubting my Povetkin UD in the prediction thread now

The consensus seems to be he's getting knocked out
