Yes this makes sense. Povetkin will defend the belt a few times. If he succeeds, he'll take his payday against Kltischko, possibly with the same sort of favorable terms that Adamek secured for his fight with Vitali.

I don't really want to see Wladimir/Povetkin anyway, so I have a hard time understanding all the bitching about the paper title.

What's the bad thing here? I am tired seeing guys Povetkin's or Chagaev's size mismatched against that 2 meters giant. I enjoyed the fight in Saturday and felt finally like i was watching a real heavyweight fight between two good boxers. I respect Wladimir as a boxer and consider him to be a future ATG, but have NO INTEREST in a fight between him and Povetkin.

Just let Povetkin fight Holyfield, Mormeck, than maybe Haye or Boytsov. THESE are the good fights, not Wlad.
