Weird thread evolution. Anyways, yeah US athletes are caught the most....followed by Russians, who are being accused of running state sponsored doping programs a la the east german blueprint. In 2013 olympic testing had boxing as the number 2 offender worldwide at roughly 3% being caught. Doping is worldwide. China, east and west germany, the former Soviet union and now russia all have been linked to state sponsored programs.....those cultures just don't fizzle into obscurity. Body composition isn't a reliable indicator of use either in athletes. The point to the ramble here.....we don't know if fighter A or fighter B is using for sure, and saying it is possible is much more intellectually honest and less willfully ignorant. Fighters accusing eachother is a low blow. And you can argue it stems from insecurity about their own use, or equally from being clean and despising the cheats. Again, we don't know.

Clearly a misquote. Probably internationally, knowing Big Ukrainian's bias against Povetkin/Russians. At least provide a source.

This is called "non-disprovable fallacy" and is generally the sign of an idiot trying to reason.

What should he say then if he really isn't on steroids? "Yes, I take steroids?"

The man was accused and responded appropriately.
