3 years ago I give Wilder absolutely no shot at beating Povetkin.

But Wilder's team is not stupid. They know he's 36 now and every day gets closer and closer to vulnerability.

Wouldn't be surprised if Wilder takes a fight in about a year and KO's him.

Will you commit Seppuku when Wilder is knocked out by Povetkin?

Povetkin is at his peak right now, and there's nothing to suggest he won't be so for the next two years. I don't see how Haymon will stall it for longer than that. The fight will happen this year.

I doubt this fight will happen anytime soon. They will find a way out for Wilder. Perhaps unifying with the Martin stiff and postpone the mando for another year, or year and a half as it is now. If he does fight Povetkin before summer though, a lot of questions will be answered about him and win or lose I'll give him full credit for taking the fight.

I said a year ago Povetkin will be KO'd by Wilder and I'm sticking to it.

    I've got that feeling myself...:think

Povetkin's obviously got more skills, but I dunno if he can comfortably find a way to reach the chin before having to absorb a lot of incoming. He's getting older and hasn't been all that active, either.

50/50. Think I might predict Wilder in the league if the mandatory actually happens.

  13. EXCUSES, this is the best Povetkin he's ever been and Wilder will KO him

Silly thread, Sasha has looked very good lately, if anything he is looking better than he did a few years back.

let the OP be publically shamed from this point forwards.
