Stiverne gonna be hit like he has never been hit before Povetkin hits like a truck i mean who else can spark takam?
I expect it to be a very wide UD for Povetkin, but he might as well finish him off. I wonder why some expect it to be a close fight or even favor Stiverne for some reason. His best win was a past it Arreola, and his second best win a shot version of Arreola.
I expect it go the way Pov vs Takam went, but Povetkin still has to watch for Steverne's counters. Useless fight, ust to save Wilder from facing the mandatory challenger yet again...
Povetkin's gonna have to get real close to Stiverne to do that. And being alot shorter in reach, he's gonna have to really put him down cold. If Stiverne boxes from outside, and sets up his counters. I'm confident he'll have Povetkin out of there by 8 rounds.
Probably, but Stiverne is a live underdog, just like he was against Arreola in their first fight. Povetkin is 37 now and hasn't fought in over a year. Smaller hw's tend to decline quicker than larger hw's, and we don't know how he'll perform off his drugs. Plus, for all his resume, he's never faced someone at or above the combined skill and power level of Stiverne except Wlad. Pov should win, but there's definitely a recipe here for an upset.
I don't disagree with that. But Chagaev was many years ago for Povetkin, he may not be the same fighter. Plus, Chagaev was better overall, but didn't have Stivernes power. It's an interesting matchup
this is after povetkin got caught using peds though it may be a pedless povetkin, dont be surprised if he cant ko stiverne
If Stiverne comes in really heavy there is hope of his obesity distracting Povetkin, and this causing the fight to last longer than 4 rounds. Its a 4 round fight. And I see Dee on Tay is still ducking Povetkin.
