Povetkin is past it. I don't think he'll offer much past the first 3 rounds.

This. Price has excellent power that can knock anyone out. His only problem is that he has no stamina or durability and crumbles if he takes any direct shots.

We'll see. He is 39, and should have been given a shot but Wilder or Joshua years ago...

Povetkin won't pull " a Parker " and opt out of the action. He'll press it, putting Joshua's chin and stamina to the test depending on what he has left. I think he has something left. Maybe not what he had 5 years ago. More like 70% of his peak.

    We'll see.

    I'm perfectly calm, lol.

So are you saying Hearn should of given Ortiz a shot at Joshua after he beat Allen and Scott instead of fighting Wlad, because that's what you are suggesting. Remember Ortiz signed with Haymon in March 2017 before the Wlad fight, nobody with a sane mind would of chosen Ortiz over Wlad as an opponent.

Could Ortiz not wait until after the Wlad fight, maybe have another fight with Hearn to try and impress. Plus he didn't even sign with Hearn like he did with Haymon, his deal was a fight by fight deal. How can Hearn promise him a shot if he signs with him, if Ortiz didn't even sign with him? Yet he was more than happy to sign with Haymon.

Fact is your still making assumptions. You're assuming Ortiz wanted the fight, when he did nothing to make it happen, he wouldn't sign a deal with Hearn, he wouldn't stay with Hearn on a fight to fight basis, he didn't enforce his mandatory status like he said he would. What exactly did Ortiz do that makes you think he even wanted the fight?

Povetkin is going through the clean boxing program, you'll see how harmless he is.

I do hope not but I fear you’re right.
The guy that’s fought Whyte and laid it all out there was so good to watch, the guy that beat Parker was anything but.

Hearn got Ortiz a few showcase fights to impress and he looked awful.

No VADA for this fight, both guys will be at their "best." and remember, AJ only has 21 fights. It's a good battle.
