Oh nice, another garbage farce of a fight. Fighting someone with 0 days notice while clearly on that juice. Nice!!
I actually hope Duahupas wins. He very well may have been there for this very reason, to save the show knowing BVern has justed tested positive, and knowing Sasha may just as well, and would have been happy for the big payday vs either guy, especially if the title was on theline. He has to like his chances in a Wilder rematch, and even without this title on the line, beating Potvetkin would skyrocket him up the ABCs and into a couple of top spots.
Weird decision by Stiverne, he must think he can sue and get his purse. Me, I would have fought Povetkin. Whatever muscle building substance he was taking is not doing much if he's just 220lbs.
So both Stiverne and Povetkin failed tests in the run up to this bout. What a pair of absolute ****s. **** the pair of them. I say boxing starts dishing out seriously heavy bans in 2017. These cheats have been getting away with this **** for far too long.
Indeed. It's especially weird considering he failed a test himself last month. F Povetkin though, that guy is on my list of cheating POS alongside Lucas Browne.
Lucas Browne would have been my first choice as stand in if I'd been Ryabinsky. lol. Changed days when Mike T was high on coke for most of his career and using a prosthetic p enis to give urine samples. Pov needs a plastic willy and bag of child pish.
They may have to drag out the undercard to make sure Duhaupas gets there on time. He may have to put his gloves on, on the plane!
Stiverne was preparing for months and ended up over 250 lbs. Maybe Duhaupas was more serious preparing for Takam. It is not a bad fight. Both fighters were preparing for other opponents. I will tune-in to watch it for sure.
