    Povetkin is a freakin' boss.

Diablo deserves the rematch but I see him getting beaten wide again.

    Great match-up

I hope WBC don't muck around and order Wilder to face Povetkin - if he wins.

Povetkin deserves a fair shot at the title.

But a newly reinvigorated Perez under Garcia won't be easy.

We agree for once. Sets up a rematch with Wlad. Povetkin will have done more than enough to earn another shot with 4 straight wins over the likes of Charr, Takam, Perez and Wilder with the WBC strap around his waist. How many HW's beside Wlad have faced competition that good in the last couple years??? Povetkin is really serious about getting another shot at Wlad, that loss really gave him the hunger he's been lacking in recent years. The new and improved Povetkin is an animal.

Povetkin needs to face Wilder afterwards.

Wilder already ducked a fight with Povetkin. It's Wilder who needs to face Povetkin, not the other way around.

    Povetkin is afraid of Wilder.

Yeah no..... Povetkin fought Wlad, Takam, Chambers, Chagaev, Huck, and is fighting Perez next month. He's not afraid of stepping with world class fighters, Wilder is.

Wilder stepped in there with Scott, Stiverne, Audley, Kelvin Price, Liakohvich.

Scott beat the **** out of Glazkov, he got robbed.

5 top tier opponents right there.

He's also more accomplished than Povetkin, he's the WBC champion. :yep

I know you didn't just mention shot WW, Kelvin Price, or ancient Fraudley as "world class". :rofl

Takam, Chambers, Chagaev, Huck, Perez >>>>>>>> Scott & Stiverne.

I hate to bring this up but you were the one who thought Kelvin Price would go LIFE AND DEATH with Wilder. Now that Wilder knocked him flat out, he instantly becomes a bum? :patsch:think

Yeah I may have been a bit too optimistic with some of Wilders earlier opponents and their chances against them. I never rated them highly though, find a post where I did. Kelvin Price stinks, look what Mansour did to him.
