Well, it definitely can be. I used to talk with Francois Botha a bit on the phone in regards to his career and prospects, etc and he drastically changed his diet, hired a nutritionist and took up weight/bodyweight routine and his body changed quite quickly. Contrast that to when he actually used steroids and was out of shape. This was around the time after Tyson and him fighting on ESPN FNF.

 

Povetkin is shady

 

He can't do that because of what he is. If he pulled out, he'd take the blame. This allows Povetkin to refuse VADA testing and get away with it since he gets the benefit of the doubt. There's no uproar on this forum. Most if not all of the Povetkin fanboys are ok with it. Wilder is just going to have to knock this PED abuser the **** out but I'm sure Wilder's team is already prepared for this.
