Yep he looks beaten up and small. But he's got rid of the bowl cut.

Lol you remind me of this guy I spoke to recently, he told me he thinks Dubois is top 3 today. And that he would bet 8000 pounds that Dubois would beat Wilder if they fought today.

And that Dubois is so super amazing, that he is british heavy weight champ. Then I corrected him, and told him that he isn't british champ, he's english champ, and you would lose 8000 pounds.

Dubois was born yesterday in terms of boxing.

Dubois is the young - just turned professional - version of George Foreman.

I'm more impressed when the guy being featured in the main event batters his good sparring partners than when the good sparring partners batter him.

When you're pushing 40 and your young sparring partners look fresh and you look like you've been through hell ... that doesn't inspire confidence.

They're not supposed to beat him up. That's why the picture is surprising. He doesn't just look tired (which he does), he's marked up. They don't look tired or marked up.

Don't get me wrong. I hope Joshua-Povetkin is a thriller. I always want to watch fights, regardless of who I'm rooting for, to be exciting.

But after Povetkin's performance against Price, where Povetkin was actually knocked around and hurt before winning, it's hard to put that image behind you when new images like this pop up.

    Whatever. I hope it's a good fight.

Having watched him a couple times, Dubois reminds me more of a young Seth Mitchell more so than Foreman. He doesn't remind me of Foreman at all.

Which is why the photo was surprising.

You'd look marked up if it was four on one as well.

You're projecting a bunch of nonsense about me. Because I said Dubois is knocking down Povetkin down in sparing in no way means that I view him as a top 3 fighter in the division. Great fighters have been knocked down and sometimes knocked out in sparring by journeymen. Joshua is confirmed to have been dropped by Lawrence Okoye and Daniel Dubois.
I swear you Povetkin fans get passively aggressive at any ounce of criticism of him. Something that I don't understand as the guy is nothing special.

Well im not a povetkin fan lol

I said you reminded me of someone... I didnt project anything on you.

Why do you find Dubois special and not Povetkin... there is no logic on that.

He's bigger. He's younger. He's stronger. He Punchers harder. He overall has much more upside than Povetkin. If you can't recognize his talent perhaps you're the problem.

You are reading way too much into a picture.
