povetkin was under the wada limit, he broke no rules, wilder broke contract when he pulled out of the fight and it is one of the reasons he is currently beign sued.

the judge isnt going to be like ' well mr.wilder you broke contract and backed out of a fight when no rules were broken, you were in the wrong, but since on an unrelated matter povetkin did something wrong your off the hook'

its like a judge saying ' well we have the evidence that you assulated this man and murdered he's whole family, you should get sent to the chair, however since that happened this man has been caught drink driving, because of that we are not going to charge you for the 4 murders, you are free to go'

this was done for 1 or 2 reasons

1. the people ruining wada are reckless and complete idiots who ban drugs without even researching them at all

2. they banned the drug knowing full well that it can take years to leave your system so they could then report bs stories of russian athletes doping heading into the olympic year, when it was their own corruption that caused it.. and that they are an organisation comprimised by political interests
