What Wilder said was very bigoted. I'm not sure he is a bigot. He does need to apologize though, sometimes people say dumb things without thinking I'm hoping this is the case here. Otherwise many of his supporters should abandon him. You can't say "Russians are a different breed of people they can't be trusted" really Wtf is that. It's insulting on so many levels he should know better. Imagine if a Russian said that about a African American fighter. That type of rhetoric is unacceptable. Are you saying that YOU have access to a study that hasn't been published which shows meldonium can stay detectable in the system of an athlete for 8 years after ingestion, but no one else has this study?

It's a Russian drug used overwhelmingly by Eastern Euro athletes (who all amazingly have heart ailments, lol). These athletes are being banned from competition by testing positive for it. Yet there's a study that would clear them and the manufacturer -- who stands to lose untold money if these athletes quit buying and using it -- won't release the results of this study to show that they are innocent.

That's beyond impossible to believe.

Good post but Wilder is a total bigot and scumbag. He said he wanted Povetkin thrown in prison for the positive meldonium test but Wilder abuses women and he has never spent one day in jail let alone prison. I guess according to Wilder taking a banned substance when it was legal is worse than beating up on women.

Yes he was charged with assault. I'm not aware of, nor are you, of any report which says the alleged victim of the alleged assault was a prostitute. Or that the person was paid off. Message board hyperbole.

The charges were withdrawn. Anything beyond that is supposition or projection unless you've got some facts.
